This prestigious title is the highest possible award in MCPA international photo competition.
Participants are:
- Taking part in MCPa for at least half of rounds during the year (in 2023 it was at least 4 out of 8).
- Won top round awards.
- Participating in different categories during the year in MCPA.
- Representing the highest quality work, creativity and individual style.
